Unusual Fiction

“Curious Things: Stories of a black cat, superstition, and strange events” by Joanne Van Leerdam

Curious Things.
Stories about a black cat, superstition and strange events.
Friday is a black cat with a lucky habit of being present when curious things take place.
He’s highly intelligent, fiercely loyal and devilishly handsome.
If you’ve ever wished for karma to move a little faster, indulged in uncharitable thoughts about certain annoying people, or suspected that having a black cat cross your path was not quite as unlucky as people seem to think, these stories are for you

My review- JoanneI  love this author’s work!!! All of her stories have this strong sense of righteousness and justice accentuated with gothic a style of writing. 13 awesome stories with 13 lessons to think about. I adore the cat, Friday. I reckon if I had Friday in my life, I would feel way safer. This cat is like Karma on four legs 🙂
I am truly hooked on Joanne Van Leerdam’s stories. They are like eerie modern gothic night time stories for adults

My Favourite Escape.
